Instructions

  1. All fields are required for this swim time conversion utility to work.  
  2. Please select Male or Female from Gender List.  
  3. Select an Event you would like to convert swim time from events 50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle,  400/500 Freestyle,  800/1000 Freestyle, 1500/1650 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 100 Backstroke, 200 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke, 100 Breaststroke, 200 Breaststroke, 50 Butterfly, 100 Butterfly, 200 Butterfly, 200 Individual Medley or 400 Individual Medley.
  4. Type in the time in minutes, seconds, and hundreds of seconds.
  5. Select a From Course: Long Course (50-Meters),  Short Course (25-Meters) or Short Course (25-Yards).
  6. Select a To Course: Long Course (50-Meters),  Short Course (25-Meters) or Short Course (25-Yards).
  7. Press Convert button and you will see the swim conversion time.
